Is my favourite Dasta product available in a certain store? At this moment, our products are not available at any store in the Netherlands.

Can I order from any country in the world? At this moment, we deliver to customers in The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium free of charge. And we deliver to 24 countries in the EU against a shipping fee. But we are doing our best to expand our sales territory to other countries in the world. Please follow us on our social media channels for future updates.

When will I receive my order? And how can I track it? For orders within The Netherlands, we aim to deliver within 3 working days free of charge. You will receive a track and trace link from PostNL once your order is confirmed.

I would like to return my order. You can return your order free of charge if you comply with our return rules. Please refer to our return form for further instructions.

I returned my order. When will I receive my refund? Once the retuned parcel is received by us, we will release the refund amount to your account within 3 working days

Colour and shape of my Dasta bag is slightly different than the photos on your website. Each Dasta bag is crafted by hand and we use only natural wool in our felt. As you can imagine every sheep is by nature in a different colour. Therefore, each bag may look slightly different than the rest. Which makes them one of a kind!

What is the weight of the backpack? One of the main features of our bags is their extremely light weight. Our tote bags wight approximately 600 Gr and our shoulder bags weight about 300 Gr only.

Is my backpack water resistant? Yes. Thanks to the natural fat content in natural wool, our products are water resistance.

Can I wash my backpack in the washing machine? No, Dasta bags should not be cleaned by a washing machine of any kind.

How can I clean my backpack? Please use a wet and clean napkin to clean the bag from any stain.

Can my parcel be delivered at a local pick-up point? Yes, is possible to have your parcel delivered to a local PostNL pick-up point in The Netherlands. You can select “Ophalen bij PostNL-punt” before check out. Once your payment is completed, you can choose your preferred pick up point.
